Q. Please tell me the check-in and check-out times.

A. Check-in is from 15:00 to check-out is from 10:00.

Q. Check-in time will be late.

A. Please check by 6pm and call us in advance if you have any questions. Telephone support is available until 10pm.

Q.     Is it possible to store my luggage after check-out?

A.      We are unable to store your luggage after check-out. Please use a locker near you.

Q. Is Wi-Fi available within the hotel? Is there a fee?

A. Wi-Fi is available for free

Q. Are there amenities such as refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms?

A. There is a refrigerator in the room. Microwave ovens are located in the common area on the 1st floor of each facility.

   Only KINGYO also has a microwave in the guest room.

Q. What amenities do you have?

Q. Can I send my luggage from the hotel?

A. BAKURO・YAMATO・3UIt is possible, but if you pay in advance, you will be charged ¥5,000 per suitcase.

 

Q. Can I send my luggage to the hotel?

A. Please contact us in advance when sending.

Q. Is laundry service available at the hotel? How much is it?

A. Available. The fee is ¥400 for laundry and ¥100 for dryer.

  Cashless payment is possible only at 3U.

Q. Do you have indoor wear?

A. There are no indoor clothes.

Q.About cancellation policy

Q. Do you have slippers?

A. Only 3U has slippers in the room.

Q. Is there a parking lot?

A. Reservations are required. If you would like to use this service, please make a reservation as soon as possible.

 

Q.Can I use one room with more than the capacity if my child sleeps with me?

A.Children over 1 year old are included in the number of guests, so please reserve a room according to the capacity.

        Children under 1 year old can sleep together.

Q.Where is the nearest station?

A.It is listed on each facility page.

Q.How many minutes walk from the nearest station?

A.It is listed on each facility page.

Q.How many minutes does it take to get to USJ? (car/train)

A.It takes about 20 minutes by car or 15 minutes by train.


Q.Is it possible to arrive early in the morning?

A.Staff is only available after 9am.


Q.Is it possible for someone other than the person making the reservation to check in?

A.Available at all facilities. See below for details.

 

  3U   We are sending an email with the URL to those who have made a reservation.

                           If you share this information and enter it, another person can also check in.

 

    BAKURO We will give you the PIN code when you check in.

                           If you share this with everyone, you will be able to enter the building and the room.

    YAMATO We will give you the room key when you check in.

                           We also tell you the PIN code of the door that can enter and exit 24 hours and exit.

         Please share it with your guests.

       

       KINGYO    We will give you two card keys when you check in.

                          After check -in, you will not be able to enter and enter the room without a card key.

                          Please share it with your fellow guests.

       


Q.Will the room price change if there is a change in the number of people?

A.If the capacity is exceeded, please reserve another room. The price will not change even if the number of participants   increases or decreases within the capacity.
